The Goa state government has reconstituted the board for Imagine Panaji Smart City Development Limited (IPSCDL). It is the Special Public Vehicle for Panaji smart city development project.
Parimal Rai, Chief Secretary, has been appointed as the Chairman and Swayandipta Pal Chaudhuri is the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IPSCDL.
The board constitutes of eight directors, namely, WVR Murthy, Secretary (Urban Development); Daulat Hawaldar, Secretary (Finance); R Menaka, Collector, North Goa; Dr Tariq Thomas, Director, Urban Development/Municipal Administration; Shashank Tripathi, Commissioner, Corporation of the City Panaji (CCP); Uttam Parsekar, Principal Chief Engineer, PWD; Pankaj Kumar, Under Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs and Sidharth Kuncalienker, Director.

Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) has been designated as the State mission directorate for the Smart city mission management and implementation.
