Jammu is establishing an Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) under the Smart City projects to create an intelligent traffic management system and a web-GIS based e-bill pay for civic services.
The IT-based monitoring system will bring various smart services and solutions under one umbrella.

JSCL has signed a contract agreement with Bharat Electronics Limited for setting up the integrated command and control centre. The project is of worth Rs 53 crore, officials said.
The project will facilitate real-time monitoring and addressing of public issues. Traffic, CCTV, water and other services would be integrated into a single command room.
