In a significant development, Parth Gupta, a 2013-batch Haryana cadre IAS officer, has been appointed to helm an additional role within the administrative framework of Faridabad. Mr. Gupta, currently serving as the Additional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, has now been entrusted with the additional responsibility of leading the Faridabad Smart City Limited as its CEO.
This dual role places Mr. Gupta at the forefront of two crucial initiatives aimed at shaping the urban landscape and fostering sustainable development in Faridabad. As the head of the Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, Mr. Gupta has been instrumental in steering various urban development projects and initiatives, contributing significantly to the city’s growth trajectory.
