Bhubaneswar Smart City office goes paperless

paperless workingThe Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited has started an e-office for paperless working. From now, the movement of soft files monitored on the screen.

The office was inaugurated by the chief executive officer (CEO) of BSCL R Vineel Krishna and it will be a green initiative to help conserve the natural ecosystem.

It will save time consumed in physical movement of the files coming from different departments.

The movement of files can be tracked and the reason for any delay can also be identified. This system also allows to get alerts on a particular file and what is the level of urgency.

This will expedite the work with the departments works in the convergence of BSCL and will ensure transparency and better coordination.
