In order to fight air pollution, New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) inaugurates anti-smog gun at Central Park in Delhi’s Cannaught Place area.
NDMC officials are of the view that the anti-smog gun sprays atomised water in the atmosphere which makes the dust and pollution particles settle down. The officials further said that a report of the same will be sent to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) through Environment Pollution (Prevention & Control) Authority (EPCA). The gun would help in significantly reducing PM10 and PM 2.5 levels in Delhi’s air.
