MoU signed to develop Smart City India projects

Smart City India‘Smart City Consortium’, a joint entity of four national and international companies, have been formed to identify and develop real-estate Smart City projects across India.

The consortium was formed after the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between India-based Panchshil Realty and Developers, Switzerland’s Carbon Asset Management Ag (CAM), and Korea-based Smart City Korea (SCK) and Posco E&C, to develop township projects across India in collaboration with the government agencies.

Panchshil has constructed the iconic projects in India such as Trump Towers, Pune; World Trade Center, Pune.

The Smart City Consortium will be working to provide environmentally friendly, efficient, and energy saving projects; supporting high-tech ICT ideal for entrepreneurs and startup companies.

The Consortium has already been awarded two Smart City India projects that involve Smart City master plan in Pune and another in Kakinada region in Andhra Pradesh.
