With an aim to construct 600-housing units, preferably at a four-storey structure on an identified patch of six acres, the developers will use 65 per cent of land to construct houses while 35 per cent will be used to recover project cost. The proposal for the tender has been forwarded. Once the tender is finalised the project will take 24 months to complete.
Similar projects for which tender has been finalised by Bhubaneswar Development Authority are at Bapuji Nagar, Gadakana, Satya Nagar, Chandrasekharpur, and Subuddhipur.
