Zenify puts an end to home rental woes in Bangalore

house-to-rentIf you are a first time job-seeker in the Silicon Valley of India, home rental woes are bound to arise. With brokers and landlords in a nexus, it is the newcomers to the city who suffer the most.

In order to find a solution to the problem, home rental aggregator and management start-up Zenify has announced its tie up with outlets of rental furniture, spas, eateries and salons in Bengaluru. Through this partnership, the company will provide end-to-end solutions to the students right from finding an apartment to setting it up and moving in.

Individuals can rent 1/2/3 BHK apartments across Bengaluru with zero brokerage and a lower security deposit compared to current market standards.

The company has recently raised Rs 6 crore in Pre-Series A funding from High Networth Individuals (HNI), who have a minor stake in this company. Their target is to have 6000 properties listed by March 2017.

Zenify intends to expand its services to major cities of the country in a span of less than two years and become a significant player in the rental segment.
