The current Collector of Churu Muktanand Aggarwal has been appointed as the new Collector of Smart City Kota.
He has replaced IAS officer Gaurav Goyal who has been appointed as the Managing Director, Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO).
This is the sixth posting for 2008 batch IAS officer Aggarwal. Earlier, he was posted in Tonk, Dausa, Alwar, Bhilwara and Churu.
Originally from Jodhpur, he was also posted as SDO at Shahbad, Baran in Rajasthan.
