Lux Rao, the Director and Leader-Digital Transformation, CISCO, has joined ‘Dimension Data’ as the Solutions Director and Leader-Digital Transformation.
Rao was associated with CISCO, the worldwide leader in IT and Networking, since 2016. He leaves the company as Director and Leader-Digital Transformation to join Dimension Data, the global systems integrator and managed services provider for hybrid IT.
In one of his posts on Linkedin in 2016, Rao shared as a leader for Digital Transformation, he sets and drives the Digital Transformation agenda covering and providse impetus to the Digital Transformation opportunities across multiple verticals covering Smart Cities, IoT, Digital Banking, Smart Healthcare, Smart Education.
Ahead of this, he also received the ‘IDC Insights Award 2015’ for Excellence in Innovation and the Best CTO Award for Digital Transformation & Innovation at the Tech Plus Media Indian ISV Awards. He was also awarded ‘Technologist of the Year’ for 2011, 2012, and 2013 on the trot by VAR India for developing innovative solutions around emerging technologies.
