Pimpri Chinchwad Smart City Limited (PCSCL) is set to build a multi-facility sports centre and a development operation maintenance and management of village plaza at Pimple Gurav, Pune on the public private partnership.
According to officials, the sports centre will be built on 4.31 acres and the village plaza would be built on a two acre plot.
The SPV has also mentioned an upcoming poly-clinic of 0.49 acres at Katepuram Chowk in Pimple Saudagar.
As per reports, Ranjan Patil, Joint Chief Executive Officer, PCSCL, had approved the proposal of an estimated expenditure of Rs 48 crore. The private agency concerned would have to submit its suggestions and recommendations for the projects.
