The Centre said that the state governments can create ‘Smart Village’ scheme, if they so desire.
Minister of State for Tribal Affairs Mansukhbhai Dhanjibhai Vasava said in Rajya Sabha, “His ministry does not have any scheme for ‘Smart Village’.”
“But, state governments may decide to create ‘Smart Village’ scheme.”
